Welcome to Custom Counseling.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience in mental health including working inpatient, outpatient and in psychiatric emergency crisis. My experiences span front line care, treatment and leadership positions.
Through a collaborative, supportive, solution-focused approach, my goal is to help clients minimize strain, maximize their level of functioning and improve overall well-being.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Relations from The University of Connecticut and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University.
I am licensed in Connecticut, New York and Florida (TLHT).

My mission is to provide high-quality counseling services to adults who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties and to support them through their personal process.
Adult Individual Counseling
My practice offers individual psychotherapy for a full range of adult difficulties, including:
- anxiety and mood disorders (such as depression and bipolar disorders)
- coping with medical problems
- psychotic spectrum disorders
- adjustment disorders

- workplace conflict
- career transition
- grief/loss
- interpersonal conflict

I offer services from early morning to late evening,
in order to better suit your scheduling needs.
Senior Services
Seniors have a story to tell and it is my honor and
privilege to hear that story.
I have years of experience working with mature adults and seniors providing individual psychotherapy to assist with common problems such as: loss, phase of life, care giver stress, mild cognitive impairment, depression and anxiety.
In addition to psychotherapy, I can conduct baseline cognitive assessments and, if necessary, provide referrals to an area Geriatrician or Geriatric Psychiatrist.
Insurance & Fees
Custom Counseling does not participate with any insurance carriers and is private pay.
